ADIR Insurance inaugurated on September 24th, 2007 its new “Customer Service” center in the ground floor of its headquarters in Dora, in the presence of ADIR's Management Committee members, and staff, Byblos Bank Management members and French partners.
The new ''Customer Service" Center, with its pleasant and colorful environment, offers to ADIR Insurance clients an easy access to its Premises and a Private Parking.
This new location was especially designed in order to facilitate Claims handling, processing, fast payments and to provide a superior quality of service.
