No matter what the health case is, our aim is to assist you in order to have access to efficient Health care services.
Kindly follow the appropriate steps according to the cases listed below.

ADIR Insurance collaborates with Medical Express (In association with NEXtCARE) our Third Party Administrator enabling you an easy access, a prompt service, a 24/7 availability and a professional follow up.

I- In case of Emergency

1. You shall present your Medical card to your hospital /
     Medical center.
2. The selected hospital shall contact Medical Express Claims 
    Center.
3. If a stay in the hospital is deemed necessary; ask for the
    Medical Express approval for admission.
4. In case you benefit from NSSF (National Social Security 
    Foundation), you shall get the NSSF post authorization for
    admission (Hospitalization) and deliver it to the Health care
    provider /Hospital.

N.B: In case of admission to a hospital from outside your network mentioned on your contract:

a) You should be transferred to another hospital included in
    your network.
Or:
b) You will have to pay 20% of the Medical Expenses.

II- In case of Non-Emergency

1. Inform your ‘’Consulting doctor ‘’that you are insured with
    ADIR Insurance.
2. Prepare the following documents:
    2.1 Medical Report which should include: Reason,
          Prescription / Surgery Code.
    2.2 Identity Card
    2.3 Medical Card
    2.4 NSSF admission Pre-Authorization (If Applicable)
3. In case an In- Hospital admission service is required by your
    ‘’Consulting doctor’’, present your documents to Medical 
    Express delegate available in the hospital / Medical center.

    Call ADIR Insurance at 01-256 290.

P.S: The earlier you call to get the prior approval of the company, the better for a smooth procedure.

III- In case of Laboratory tests / Out-Patient Services

1.
Inform your ‘’Consulting doctor ‘’that you are insured with
    ADIR Insurance.
2. You shall present the following documents to the Health
    Care Provider:
    2.1 Medical Report which should include: Reason, 
          Prescription.
    2.2 Identity Card.
    2.3 Medical Card.
3. The Laboratory shall get the authorization from Medical 
    Express Center.
4. You should settle the excess amount (if any) to the Health
    care provider.

IV- Reimbursement Claims Procedure / Direct Claims

In case of admission to a hospital without informing Medical Express or you were obliged to settle the Medical expenses for a reason or another (for example Hospitalization during your stay outside Lebanon), the paid invoices can be reviewed according to the ‘’ Reimbursement Claim Procedure’’by following the below steps:

1. Prepare the following documents:
    1.1 The Medical Report (including Reason, Prescription /
          Surgery Code
    1.2 Invoices
    1.3 Original Receipts
    1.4 Test Results
2. Submit to ADIR Insurance your documents to the following
    address: ADIR Insurance, Aya Commercial Center, Dora 
    Highway, P.O.Box: 90-1446 Jdeidet El Metn, Dora
    Lebanon.

ADIR Insurance will reimburse you the due amount according to the terms and conditions of your contract.
