1-Don’t move your car.

2-Don’t recognize any liability: You should wait for your expert before proclaiming any responsibility.

3-Seek for help for injuries or damages: Red Cross: 140, Civil Defense 125, Police 112.

4-Call an Expert from your list.

5-If needed call our Road Assistance at 03-454 111- 03-464 111 or 05-807 111.

To report your Claim and accelerate the process, please follow these steps:

1-Complete the Motor Notice of Accident  and submit it to ADIR Insurance within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of the accident.

2-Contact ADIR Insurance in order to report your accident: our Claims officers will be dedicated to assist you and to advise you about the nearest assessment center.

3-ADIR Insurance has to assess the cars’ damages (yours and the third party) before any repairs.

4-You may repair your car after ADIR Insurance clearance.
