Emergency Road Assistance is provided by a Third Party provider through our Customer Service Unit: 70-263263

Benefits:  (Lebanese Territory only).

• Towing the car from the paved roads only by special towing Lorries due to Mechanical or Electrical problems 3 times per year and for a limited distance of 60 Km from the departure point. As for car accident the number of towing is unlimited as well as for the distance.
• Repairing Minor Mechanical or Electrical defections if possible.
• Battery Jump on spot, if the engine fails.

Exclusions:

• Crane is totally excluded from this coverage and will be on the insured’s expenses.
• Change of Flat Tyre.
• Lock out Service (when the keys are forgotten inside the car).
• Delivery of Gasoline.
• Cars weight more than 2 tones, or having 6 wheels or more and armored cars.
• Towing the cars from a Garage to another.
• Cars parked in a low roof place or in an underground parking.

Remarks:

• The owner of the car should accompany the lorry’s driver during the transfer of the car.
• The insured should choose one place for the transfer of the car, and it is not allowed to tow the car for more than one time per case.
• The Road Assistance Companies are exempt from this service, in case of rising unforeseen circumstances as war, natural disasters, danger, lock of road, and any similar cases.
• The Road Assistance Companies are not responsible of the theft or loss of any personal effects existed inside the car during the towing.
• The Road Assistance Service is conducted by Companies contracted with “ADIR Insurance” and therefore the accuracy of this service is not fully under ADIR’s control.
• ADIR Insurance is not responsible neither for any material damage caused to the Insured’s car during the pulling, towing, charging and deploying, nor in the event of the theft of the car. However the Road Assistance Service will be the sole liable for the above incidents.
