This service is supplied 24h/24 and it includes the following benefits:

1- Emergency Road Service:

• Towing the car to the place chosen by the driver on the
   Lebanese Territory subject to define one specific destination
   for this purpose.
• Minor Mechanical Adjustments.
• Battery Jump.
• Delivery of Gasoline*.
• Change of flat or bad tires only in case 2 tires are damaged at the same time.
• Lock out Service (i.e. open the car when the keys are
  forgotten inside it).

2- Accident Emergency Service:

• Towing the car to the place chosen by the driver on the
   Lebanese Territory subject to define one specific destination
   for this purpose (maximum 60 kilometers).
 
* The cost of gasoline or any material remains on the charge of the Insured.
