ADIR Insurance celebrated its 25th anniversary during a gala dinner which was held at le Royal hotel, Dbayeh on July 2nd, 2008 which gathered Byblos Bank board members and employees, representatives of Natixis Assurances France, ADIR Insurance managers and employees, in addition to business executives and key people in the economy and media sector.

On the occasion of its 25th Anniversary, ADIR Insurance held a press conference at Le Royal Hotel, Dbayeh, on the 2nd of July, 2008 in the presence of ADIR Insurance CEO and member of the board, Assistant general manager and member of the board, in addition to Byblos Bank representatives and key people in the media sector.
According to Mr. René Klat, CEO and member of the Board, ADIR Insurance Lebanon managed to pursue its mission and sustain its progress despite the difficult circumstances the country has suffered, achieving thus a remarkable progress in the field of insurance.

ADIR Insurance Syria was officially established in September 2007 with a capital of 1.250.000.000 Syrian Pounds (USD 25 Million).Byblos Bank is the major shareholder of ADIR Insurance Syria with 40% of shares, followed by ADIR Insurance Lebanon with 16% of shares, Byblos Bank Syria with 5% of shares while the remaining shares are held by important investors and businessmen.
