1- Keep your vehicle in place; try to make way if you are blocking the road.
2- Call an Expert from the attached list to your insurance policy, or contact ADIR’s Hotline.
3- If necessary, call for back up (Red Cross 140 – Civil Defense 125 – Police 112).
4- Wait for your Expert before proclaiming any responsibility.
5- For towing services, the tow truck is available by calling: +961 70 263263.
6- Feel free to visit us anytime during working hours to report your claim. Alternatively, if it is more convenient, drive your car to one of our authorized appointed bodywork shops listed in your insurance policy.
7- To smoothen the claims process, it is important to complete the “Motor Notice of Accident” and submit it to us within a maximum period of three working days from the date of the accident.
