1- Keep your vehicle at its place or try to make way if you are blocking the road.
2- Call an Expert from the list attached to your Insurance Policy or contact ADIR’s Hotline.
3- If necessary, you can call for back up (Red Cross 140 – Civil Defense 125 – Police 112).
4- Wait for your Expert before proclaiming any responsibility.
5- For Towing Services, the lorry will be available on the following number: +961 70 263263.
6- Feel free to visit us anytime during Working Hours to report your claim. Or if it is more convenient for you, drive your car to one of our authorized garages listed in your Insurance Policy.
7- To smoothen the claims process, it is important to complete the “Motor notice of Accident” and submit it to the Company within a maximum period of 3 working days from the date of the accident.
